A COCKATOO'S PARTY

A few days ago I noticed these cockatoos in a mischievous mood. They get like this sometimes and can be quite damaging in their play. In my mind a story developed....

'Is SHE around? Do you think SHE can see us?'

'Nuh, SHE's always got her nose in a book!'

'Well, let's have a party! SHE won't even notice we're here!'

'Im glad you asked me!'

'Do you think SHE'll notice we've eaten her flowers?'

’I think we had better skedaddle before she comes and shrieks at us! SHE's like a mad woman when SHE wants to scare us away!'

'Sadly' in my haste to keep snapping, many grape hyacinths were eaten!
